I provide individualized therapy focused on transformation. Together we will learn about how your body/mind works and then collaborate with your nervous system to advance changes you are seeking. My work is trauma-informed, anti-racist, queer affirming, fat/body positive, embraces the full spectrum neurotypes, economic experiences, and abilities, and is based in wonder and awe. My work is also informed by the latest neurobiology that explains how stress works or gets stuck in our bodies (Polyvagal Theory).
I believe healing happens in relationship, and during therapy we are able to learn, explore, heal, and practice who and how we want to be. I use evidenced-based therapies that integrate brain and body; work with your strengths, experiences, and values and help you heal and make needed life changes.
